If the mailbox is overquoted and it is therefore not possible to delete the emails to free up space, proceed as follows:

- Log into the webmail service https://webmail.next-cloud.it with their credentials

- Activate the option “When it is not possible to move messages to the Trash, delete them” by clicking on Settings -> Server Settings

- Click on the "Save" button

- Delete unwanted emails
